Welcome to Kairos Ocean Cruise. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payments

- All reservations are subject to availability and require a minimum deposit of 25% of the total fare.
- Full payment must be received no later than 45 days prior to the departure date.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other options listed on our website.
- Late payments may result in booking cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 90 days before departure will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 45-89 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 44 days of departure are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Changes to Itinerary

- Kairos Ocean Cruise reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, and ports of call due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Guests will be notified promptly of any significant changes.
- Refunds or compensation for itinerary changes are not guaranteed.

4. Onboard Conduct

- Guests are required to follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by the crew.
- Any disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate disembarkation without refund.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas onboard.

5. Liability

- Kairos Ocean Cruise is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of property, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
- Guests are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
